The Costa del Azahar is located in the province of Castellón in the autonomous region of Valencia. The name comes from the popular orange blossom (Azahar in Spanish) that grows on the provinces famous and traditional orange tree. If you rent a villa with us, you’ll be able to get a taste of this simple but yet wonderful fruit.

The Costa del Azahar is also known for its many festivals, most of them musical. In terms of its gastronomy it has a very rich and varied cuisine, rice, vegetables, fish and seafood being the main ingredients. It is also a land of very good wine. You wouldn’t want to miss out on the fantastic Black Truffles (Trufas Negras in Spanish).

What can you do? Every city has their own little story to tell, so take a walk through the different castles and stonewalls (The Castle of Peñíscola, The Stonewall in Morella…etc.) or take a walk down the old part of town just as the Romans did way before us.
